Hard to think of anything bad. Being a remote employee can be a bit disconnected but its that way no matter what company you work for.

Good company. Good opportunities to show your impact and be visible. They reward very well for good impact. Marc Benioff. The best CEO ever!! He is the greatest reason behind Salesforce's success. How he behaves flows down through the chain company wide.

Cons

Older tech. However they keep on improving things at good pace. It is becoming too big.

Great product that is clearly only getting better. A sales culture but also a genuinely held commitment to customer success. Pragmatic approach to people management -- people find a way to do the right thing rather than hide behind process. Success is properly celebrated and rewarded. Philanthropy is a core value of the company, not PR. Things move fast, creating opportunities for growth.

Cons

One or two processes still maturing (but this is to be expected).
