Worst company i have worked for in my career.

Cons

Promotions are based on your rapport with your manager. Performance, skill, level of expertise and certifications do not matter. If you are good with your manager and involve in internal efforts, you get promoted. Seniors also date their juniors and that is a sure fire way to get promoted.

- Some good extras - like the monthly health stipend. - Lot of friendly people mostly trying to do the right thing (not a lot of jerks but they exist.)

Cons

- Short term thinking resulting in growing tech debt and bad design. - Politically based rather than merit (get a promo by shipping the next shiny object that increases tech debt; see first point.) - Lack of accountability drives a lot of inefficiency, politics, misprioritization, and heroics.
