Pros

Good benefits, good folks to work with

Cons

Poor planning, lack of good Sr. leadership, a lot of constant change, and maturity of a start-up but consequences of a huge company.

Pros

There are some really great people within the organization.

Cons

In reading some recent reviews, it's good to see the "Ohana" phrase is being called out for what it is, which is a marketing stunt. You are not family when you work at this company (or any company for that matter). You are assigned an employee number, and that is who you are. One keyboard stroke will put you in the 10% layoff column. Regardless of your skills, you need an account that is primed to spend money to expand their SFDC footprint. Reasons could include having just acquired another company (more SF licenses), or having recently hired a former SF exec (who will be your champion). Otherwise, if you don't have one, you will have a handful of accounts that have been pestered to let us "advise" them on how to solve their problems for the past several years. These customers understand the game, and avoid you like the plague. If you're in that unlucky category, your job will not be fun (nor will your commission checks). You then have to constantly get "scrappy," and ultimately do unnatural things to try and get any ACV on the board. You will also be viewed as an unproductive seller, and ultimately get managed out. To summarize, you need to have luck on your side (or be handed good accounts by your boss). Otherwise, you're constantly on the defense, and it's all your fault.
