Pros
Salesforce is large, but still a growing and agile company. Continuously advancing products to fit our customer needs for today and into the future, which provides ample opportunities for sales opportunities.
Cons
Big changes occur without a lot of notice. However, being a public company this is often necessary. Older tech used for incentive comp creates issues weekly for sellers, but this shouldn't be a problem much longer due to us switching to Salesforce technology we recently acquired.
