Cons
I’ve been with Salesforce for several years, and unfortunately, the past 2.5 years have marked a sharp cultural decline, especially following the post-pandemic layoffs. • Work-life balance: Nearly nonexistent now. Management shows little concern for employee well-being, family needs, or burnout. • Organizational changes: Constant org restructuring and shifting project priorities have created instability and frustration across teams. • Career growth: The promotion process has effectively stalled. Even high-impact, high-performing individuals are often rated as merely “successful,” with little to no career advancement or meaningful recognition. • Overall: Salesforce has become a very different company compared to its pre-pandemic self. The focus on employees has diminished, and the culture that once made it a standout place to work is fading fast.
