Benefits, teammates / coworkers are very smart or clever and solve problems in unique and novel ways.
Cons
RTO is a joke and unequal for many - thankfully I'm in a flexible org, but it sucks overall. It also feels like we've all got targets on our backs - regardless of how high of a performer you are - layoffs are the new norm here. Why bother trying so hard if it's not going to make a difference either way? I often feel process/ or lack there of makes me want to do the wrong thing - I can't be the only one who notices this. The right thing is often a heavy burden and it is often thankless.
