      1. Salesforce is a great work place for work-life balance, the company offers 25 PTO (Paid off time) days, which is a lot compared to what other hi-tech companies offers in Israel. The company also offers about 1250 NIS quarterly as a reimbursement for your Gym, other sport and meditation expenses. 2. Great workplace with a great people. Ohana in Hawaiian means family and Salesforce you would feel as your second family. Salesforce is an excellent place the provide inclusiveness and respect. The company treats misconduct in a very hard and strict policy. 3. Payrolls in Salesforce and RSU package is very competitive to what other companies offer, They always offer a better salary and continue to renew RSU package.

      1. Salesforce is a very large company, in such enormous company your ownership may vary but also shrinks.
