Pros

Salesforce seems careful to higher not just great talent but people you want to work with. Everyone is helpful for the most part. The work-life balance is fantastic. The company is very friendly to family life. I love how much they encourage you to take time off to do volunteer work. That is great for me since I frequently volunteer with my church other community charities. Lots of room within the company to switch teams, jobs, or orgs.

Cons

Priorities and org/team structures change frequently. So it can be hard to get into a rhythm and figure out your work. Big company so you often work in silos. The dynamic environment can nudge you into a reactive kind of work where you respond to everything like a fire alarm.
