      Pros

      The onboarding process during the first six months is incredibly structured and supportive; you aren't thrown to the wolves. The "Ohana" culture is real—colleagues are genuinely willing to jump on calls to help you navigate the organization. Great balance of autonomy in the Director role while having access to world-class resources and tools. The benefits and focus on employee wellness (wellness days) are unmatched in the industry.

      Cons

      The ecosystem is massive, so the learning curve is steep (drinking from a firehose) during the first few months. Internal navigation can be tricky; finding the right point of contact takes time in such a large matrixed organization.
