Salesforce really lives its values. The concept of "Ohana" isn't just a marketing slogan; you feel supported by your teammates and leadership from day one. The 1-1-1 model (giving 1% of time, equity, and product) makes you feel like your work has a purpose beyond just profit. Also, the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) is a huge perk!

Cons

Because it's a massive organization, processes can sometimes move slowly, and there is a fair amount of "corporate speak" to get used to.

Pros

This is by far the best company I’ve worked for. It offers a wide range of benefits, both monetary and non-monetary, especially when it comes to health and well-being. We have access to therapy sessions and professional coaches, as well as a financial advisor who helps us manage our personal finances. The company also provides generous reimbursements for sports and education. I’ve already taken an English course and I’m currently studying Portuguese. The work environment is very positive and respectful, and people truly respect your time outside of work. The company provides all the tools and support needed to maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have any cons to mention. I’m very happy working here.
