Work culture, meritocracy - very good place to work at

Some History: I have been working here for last 4 years and seen various phase of company. Salesforce started in Hyderabad with acquisition of a startup. For 1st year there was a phase where startup people were trying to adopt to Salesforce culture and could not handle culture shift and left the company. It was a bad phase. However for last 2-3 years the new management brought of lot of change and the real Salesforce culture at Hyderabad center. Liked * Awesome Talent: Got a chance to work day in day out with talent folks. Weather it is junior or senior all focussed for success of each other. * Quality work: A lot of quality work is done out of here. It is not a low lost center to throw degraded stuff. * Openness: Literally, I can reachout to anyone. It is open desk and no cabin culture. * Reward: Beat many companies in compensation. Best is rewards keeps on coming for folks who are ready to align themselves with company goals. * Agile and Innovation: A culture of agility and innovation. * Work life balance: Except for a small window near releases, rest of the time I am having work life balance. * Free food: I love it. No worries to getting tiffins or going out daily for food.
