Pros

Company culture is excellent. The company takes its values very seriously and promotes the happiness of its employees. Managers are actually managers and good at dealing with people, although this can be hit or miss. Office location in SF can be a plus or minus depending. So many processes in place to ensure that engineers are not overworked. Amazingly friendly and awesome coworkers. Extremely flexible remote working options

Cons

Compensation is considerably lower than at a higher tier tech company. In terms of technology, falling behind, and fast. Hard to feel like your skills are staying up to date working here. Old outdated processes like manually scrubbing logs for errors mean unnecessary weekend work during releases (albeit boring and relaxing). Internal tools are slow and/or dysfunctional
