- US based management is toxic and see India team as threat instead of partner creating blame game, toxicity for India based team and leaders - Bell curve has suddenly make Salesforce kind of Amazon like environment where managers are forced to give lower ratings to specific set of employees even if they are performing good - Stock refreshers are very bad and uneven even at senior level positions causing people to leave as many hit cliff after 4 years
