      Great compensation, good company values and individual accountability

      Pros

      The comp is great, and career progression is possible if you hit your targets. The company values around volunteering etc are great. You're given the remit to work as you wish and be accountable for that. The products are really fantastic and customers tend to like you!

      Cons

      The culture is being thrust towards a bit of a boys club - many people coming in from Oracle. Very focussed sales organisation; you're constantly on the move for the next win.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits on par. Decent culture. Knows how to keep their #1 spot in the sector and the go-to name in the industry.

      Cons

      Not as attractive as other options down in the Valley...just a sign of changing times. Getting bloated. Ego among the senior ranks.

      Company is a market leader and growing. Good benefits. This is a good company at which to learn a cloud computing.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership. Make sure managers have development plans for getting employees to the next level. New senior need to better embrace and use the Salesforce products.
