      Pros

      During the first tens years of salesforce.com history, the focus on Customer success over just sales numbers became embedded in culture of the company. The end users of the software tend to really like the product.

      Cons

      Over the last two years, the heavy focus on growing to $10B USD is coming at the expense of putting the customer first. The heavy infusion of Oracle sales leadership is chasing out the sales teams that helped to build the company. The current culture has shifted to focusing on big deals to drive rapid growth over long term customer success.

      Pros

      Great company culture. Everyone on my floor either has the same job as I do or manages people in my role. There isn't a single person who wouldn't help me on a deal. We do a great job of using our own product to run our business. Sales management is mainly promoted from within, they are very helpful on deals.

      Cons

      One time we ran out of the BBQ flavor Pop Chips, but it wasn't for very long.
