Pros
Salesforce invests a lot into their employees. They want every member of their team to feel appreciated, excited to come to work, and to have the opportunity to change departments if they do not feel their current role is for them. The employees themselves are, for the most part, intelligent, engaging, and truly excited to work there. It is a great community of people to work with.
Cons
In the short time I was there, I did not find any downsides.
