Business Outlook
Pros
-The people - everyone here is talented, driven, smart, fun, etc. I can't get over how much I'm learning from people in the same role, and even other roles a few seats away. -Really fun culture. Everyone wants to help, there's a ton of competition, but collaboration is priority #1. -Benefits are great, pay is excellent, office is in a great location downtown.
Cons
-There is a lot of kool-aid drinking, but it's no different than other 'hip' tech companies. -Sames problem as every sales company, patches shrink and quotas go up.
