      Great company but a little too much groupthink/ Kool Aid drinking

      Great products. Great people. Great CEO

      Cons

      Too much group-think/ Kool Aid drinking. There is actually too much enthusiasm - cult like. The CEO is great, but people treat him as if he is a god. The core product and is great and Marc's clearly a visionary, but there have been a decent number of missteps that were avoidable if people were a bit more objective. And the sales productivity team is totally inane - every few months they come up with new ways of wasting our time with a stupid initiatives which just annoy the sales people.

      Pay, culture, work/life Balance, volunteering, flexibility, benefits, training, exposure to new things, ability to be successful in many ways

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints as of yet. The only thing someone coming into the company may not like is the consistency that is change within the company.

      -Scope of career possibilities is amazing -Employee benefits are above and beyond what I had hoped for -Career Development opportunities are regularly offered with open discussions invited. -Social company culture -Pay rates are generally well above the average -Being a cloud company, we have the opportunity to literally work from anywhere in the world! (I know cause I've done it!) -Individual contributions and ideas are invited, shared, discussed and respected. One idea really can bring change with our very democratic process with sharing and collaborating on ideas and concepts.

      Cons

      People are people, and unfortunately not all people managers should be. That happens at all companies though.
