It’s honestly been so disheartening to see the shift in leadership over this past year. The new senior management team feels really out of touch—not just with the systems we use every day, but with the heart of our office culture. There’s a certain lack of professional warmth and respect in how people are being treated lately, and it’s painful to watch. The expectations being placed on the TA and TD teams feel completely disconnected from reality; it’s like the business has lost its sense of balance. It’s no wonder we’re seeing such wonderful, talented people walk out the door, which is just so unfortunate for the future of the team. Even though I haven’t been here very long, I’ve already realized that I need to find a space that feels more aligned with my values. Dublin has so many tech recruitment opportunities where hard work is actually met with appreciation and a little more heart. I’m looking forward to finding a place that truly recognizes the effort we put in.

Pace of Change: The speed of innovation is a pro, but it also means you have to be very proactive about learning to keep up with the constant product evolutions. It’s not a place for someone who wants to stay in their comfort zone!
