Great people. I never worked with anyone that didn't want to get involved, do their job or help you do yours.

Cons

They hire management from outside the company. Crap managers do get hired. It's home till it isn't. This company says it's an "Ohana", but the fact is they will drop you without a second thought. They will fire entire teams if they need to put money elsewhere. You, as an individual, mean nothing to this company. Don't drink the coolaide!!!
