Cons

Salesforce talks a big game on a cult-like corporate culture, but in reality this purely comes down to the individuals in your team and your direct manager.

Innovation, Salesforce has always being the leader in innovation and forecast the marketing trends - being the first to deliver a compelling solution. Strong values, we are able and encouraged to practice the value of the company in our day-to-day. Not a plaque in the wall. Volunteering and giving back, we contribute and are giving the space to give back to our causes and our communities. Transparency, from the CEO to all levels in the company. V2MOM is key.

Cons

Pace of change, things can change quite quickly causing confusion and uncertainty. Sense of urgency, due to the growth of the company, Salesforce can be overwhelming while coping with the responsibilities and deadlines. This is cyclical though.
