-Marc Benioff idolising Elon Musk's layoff tactics and then instituting them with no plan or data to satisfy investors, to the detriment of long-mid term company health. -Very slow processes due to being such a large company and very little willingness to change this. -Leading with a stick rather than a carrot is creeping in unfortunately. -Inconsistent ELT action on RTO and the pandemic is confusing and insensitive. -Pretty low morale across all but C suite as a mass exodus of the best contains.
