Pros

I love working at this company! The benefits are generous and the pay is very competitive. Things like the wellness reimbursement every month keep me very happy. You get to network with great companies in this role.

Cons

Remote work opportunities are getting harder to find, but the company is still flexible

Pros

Excellent staff networks, there's some really good people there. Access to great Tools and Projects. Good Training Opportunities. Good Salary and Benefits.

Cons

- Met some really poor managers. People who know the software but have ZERO people skills. This was the biggest disappointment. - Management is a big click, these 'like minded' individuals are promoted. I saw other good people side lined. - Witnessed ridiculous and unprofessional conduct by some managers, that was tolerated because of gender and position. - Was encouraged by certain staff members to 'massage' data to meet internal KPIs, so that some internal processes arrived at the position that was 'intended'. - Was instructed by management, to ignore customers who raised grievances or issues with the software (what was my title again?). - Salesforce champion 'a bring yourself to work policy' but it's absolute subterfuge. There were multiple / weekly instances of odd behavioural conditioning "we want you to think this way". - It's also an intensive, pressurized environment and burn out is very real. I met lots of staff struggling who admitted using 'artificial' supports to cope. - Compensation and Benefits are a distraction. It has some bad managers and and I left this company as a result. A strange place and I'm hugely disappointed with my Salesforce experience, expected much more.
