      Pros

      I love this type of environment. They believe in the Ohana spirit, which is family. It is very much like a family. The benefits are amazing, the ongoing training is great, great work environment, and they truly take care of us. I genuinely like going into work.

      Cons

      It is true, things change constantly. I actually like change, but some struggle with that. Also LOTS to learn, but if you are driven to keep learning, you will do well her. If Salesforce wants to keep innovating, change and learning comes with that.

      One of the best companies in the world. Very fare, organized and give you room to grow.

      Cons

      If you are looking to coast this is not the place. They demand passion, energy, and helping all colleagues to achieve a customer focused company. If you the type of person who has said "that is not my job" then you will not fit the culture. Everyone at Salesforce is like a big family and you must contribute.

      The company is on a fast growth path which provides opportunities for new employees. There are opportunities to try new things which the company indulges with a high tolerance for mistakes as long as they are quickly corrected.

      Cons

      The downside of a growth company is a lack of clear process which can cause setbacks when trying to do your job well. You need to have a very flexible approach to working.
