      Years ahead of any legitimate competition. Customers love the product. Comp is good and the perks are great!

      Cons

      Culture promotes self-preservation, finger-pointing and shirking responsibility for failure. Cutthroat, uncollaborative, immature management -- diminishing from the EVP level down.
