Great brand to have on your CV. Significant staff discounts especially on new products. Cool innovative products.
Cons
Toxic workplace from top to bottom, especially in divisions making the most revenue i.e. mobile. Peers gaslights, backstabs, manipulates, bullies and intentionally give wrong info so you perform badly , thereby making them look like the better performer. Others see it but everyone is trying to save themselves. Senior and Middle Managers do not care. They pretend to address it with no real change. Staff who reports bullying to HR becomes the problem/pot stirrer and eventually will be made to leave. Only a few nice people (rare and if lucky) who would help behind the scenes due to trauma bonding. Highly bureaucratic processes for the most trivial things which means productive time wasted.
