      Pros

      Good discounts for Samsung products, usually get around half price for new phone launches and about 35 percent for other products.

      Cons

      Never work in the service department. Death in the family? You're expected to work. Feeling sick? You're expected to work. Certain managers love to throw out that they care about your personal and mental health, but they don't, as soon as you miss a few days for genuine issues, you'll be having a talk to.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great, we had a leadership team that did it's best to implement a team environment.

      Cons

      It was apparent some of the projects I was involved with were being driven from a place of mistrust in it's people.
