      Pros

      Most stable job in Korea. Even a person with no profit at all, it can keep its position, even can be promoted. Work-life balance gets improved though it is still worst among global companies.

      Cons

      Managements are really suck. I hate we people are being looked like a potential criminals for IP hijacking. Total salary is overrated by adding profit share. That maximum profit share is only for mobile division and they are no longer to get ensured for the maximum. The others in different divisions are peasant.
