Great environment, great colleague, fast- pace environment which need you to learn and adapt fast to the job roles, great leaders who guided you to improve yourself.

Cons

A lot of works but you need to negotiate with your boss to do things within your capabilities.

Good work-life balance. The training system for employees is excellent. Excellent in-house facilities and welfare. There are many opportunities to grow as an engineer.

Cons

Personalized laptops are not allowed in-house for security reasons. The salary isn't crazy high.
