Good welfare and flexible work time. They pay overwork salary. And we can use shuttle bus at commute. Employers eat 3 times company's restaurant with free.

Cons

There are no master plan and vision. Employers worry about when moving the other posion's and rules. There always minus profits.

Developing new technologies and trying to expand the business make employees motivated. The cafeteria is pretty ok. There are many overseas factories, so it gives several opportunities to work in other countries.

Cons

Managers are not qualified to lead the team. There are many unqualified senior engineer, and they do not listen others.
