Pros

Fast paced environment which causes you to learn a lot. Salary and benefit is good only if you're a local there.

Cons

Management a bit chaotic and a lot of grey areas during decision making causing every step of the way requiring engineer involvement. Production team does not have accountability and only know how to rely on engineering team to solve their problems that are caused by mismanagement.
