Cons

Toxic Korean leadership, company culture same as working as a slave in a prison colony. Korean leadership does not have the trust in local employees. Serious violations of local EHS and labour regulations, Korean leadership mislead and lies to: employees, HQ in Korea, German automotive partners/buyers, local government, local citizens.
