The colleagues are very nice, and the technology is worth learning about it

Cons

HR processes and behaviour is really uncomfortable. Write every alignment into your contract because otherwise they will be forgotten. Decisions will only be done in Korean language.

Communication is bad. Upper management (mangers and up) is bad. HR team is horrible. HR cares more about towing your car than actually doing their jobs. If brown nosing is how you move up in your career then this place would be perfect. A lot of favoritism
