The cultural expectation is that you dedicate your time to the company’s success. This involves never working traditional working hours and always working overtime. Management in HQ controls what decisions are made for America, and decisions are always reactive to risks or failures, rather than proactive to benefit business security, customer retention, and employee workload reduction. Burnout is a very apparent thing here. Every system used is either developed internally, or done manually. This includes manually entering and submitting expenses, mail services are through a Samsung developed mail system, chats are done via a poorly replicated version of Teams, and most things require a long and unnecessary chain of approvals.
