MP allocation to nearly 25 various positions over the departments * training OP to be flexible in every position * having active communication with logisticians to avoid delays on material delivery * monitoring hourly production status on MES and making decisions based on the analysis * controlling a balance in stock amount via MES * doing shift change and daily reports in Ms Excel

Pros

The benefits are good! You got free slot for breakfast and lunch, the medical cover for you, your spouse and children, dental and optical covered but not so much.

Cons

You will be given a lot of tasks with nonsense deadlines. Although you deliver your tasks brilliantly and perform well, most likely the senior will get the good appraisal although they are just doing the bare minimum. Office politics quite strong.
