- easy to get hired as a fresh graduate - gives experience in a fast growing industry - easy to up your skill if you want

Cons

- many times have to execute backwards ideas without questioning them - salary is not so competitive and raise not even above inflation - excessive overtime, horrible work-life balance

Most of the employees are pleasant to work with and HR is always available to listen to any inconveniences/complaints. Lunch is served at the company cafeteria and is free, plus there is a mini mart to get snacks from.

Cons

Budget cuts have been impacting overtime payments and the work environment can get stressful from time to time especially due to the language barrier when working with some Korean staff
