Pros

Good experience working with a multi national company. Almost all data are systemized allowing for fast and good data analysis.

Cons

There's no work life balance and you're expected to overtime most of the time and although OT is paid, the rates are not really that well. Top management is not really good at taking care of the welfare of it's employees. Just good enough compared to other nearby local companies.

Many friends and have korean food

Cons

No work life balance, no career growth, rules very strict (pray & toilet in 15 minutes only, if not, they will cut your salary. Promotion based on those who lick boss and follow 100% instructions even though you have to manipulate some data (illegal, dirty work).

- tough environment - workload + very fast pace - typical Asian culture (if you're late even for 1 minute, you'll get a letter)
