Good products. Good benefits. Decent opportunity for recognition and incentive compensation. Very talented field sales representatives. Decent marketing budget. Clear communication of what management's expectations.

Cons

Too many sales meetings. Compensation plan that seemed arbitrarily constructed. It was difficult to make quota because it kept moving upward as time passed - for old products that were improperly launched. RIDICULOUS marketing materials and leave-behinds...straight to the dumpster.

Copmany has great management, treats employees with respect, interesting products abd compensation is excellent. I would have retired at this copmany.

Cons

Company was acquired by Sanofi Aventis - my postion was eliminated. Commincation could be improved at the senio management level.
