Pros

Good people, good benefits, it is also a large company with good products eventhough the pipeline looks dismal for the future.

Cons

The culture is terrible. The managers are cookie cutter and hold everyone to that. The company is the lowest paying in the industry.

Pros

Great benefits and big name products (past tense). Very good time off policy for all employees

Cons

Cumbersome organization with little transparency. Not much respect for long term employees (lay off announcement via pre-recorded message, etc). Strange ways of conducting business that did not translate well to lower organizational levels (lots of administrative work and little actual business conducted later on during my tenure there)

Benefits were excellent esp generous 401K company match and vacation time off.

Cons

Very poor immediate management in terms of knowledge and managerial abilities. Upper management was very good but located in Europe!
