The only pro about working at s-a were the healthcare benefits and generous vacation time. Other than that, there is NO reason to work there.

Cons

Terrible drug pipeline, many failed attempts at bringing new innovative drugs to market, very high turnover at the senior management level, the company is so large that "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing."
