      Try to work in Digital Directions (separate LLCs) - in that way you will more likely get an adequate team, tasks (and mobilisation protection), salary/premiums and evaluation are good (relatively easy to achieve)

      Cons

      If something doesn't work (you see that the product need changes) - it might not happen (changes happen really slowly with approval of lots of people) Overall, managers are adequate and cool to work with. But, the higher the position - the more likely there to be someone with the lack of skill or competence Don't stay too long - you are not going to be promoted
