Although quite progressive, it’s a bank with rigid processes. Problems such as bureaucracy, high resistance to changes and shifting responsibility become very obvious and might impede your work. HR's performance is far from what you get in international companies in terms of employees support and career growth. It depends on the department you are with and you might get a good one. Still career growth is far from transparent. Obviously, the bank is hiring more from the market rather than promoting own cadres.
