Pros

1. Decent salary 2. Quarterly bonus

Cons

1. Rapidly changing policies and most of them are against employees 2. Call center work culture 3. 3 days per week office that too 10am to 6.30pm is a must. If employees are not compliant to this they will reduce the performance rating and quarterly bonus. 4. HR department is the worst, everything from HR is delayed, nothing comes on time even bonus will credit alwayd after deadline. 5. Taking leave is treating like a punishable thing, you need to go through 3 level process including physical leave form submission. Moreover even if you take leave within the alloted numbers your bonus will reduced accordingly. That means every leave you will loss your money. 6. No career growth 7. No learning opportunity and certifications available 8. Forget about work from home. One day or one week you need to get 3 level approvals from work from home. PO, HR and Head of department level approvals required. 9. Promises made during hiring process is just promises you wont see after you join the company. 10. Below average health insurance, parents are not included also renewal process takes forever 11. More than your work the office attendance is matter 12. Lot of favoritism. Even favorite people will get exception from all the policies 13. Micromanagemet at its peak 14. Zero flexibility 15. There is no transparency 16. You will be in PIP any time, that is just an excuse to make you resign. 17. Other than salary and bonus no other benefits. 18. HR people are adding positive reviews in glassdoor and fishbowl just to manipulate new candidates but you can simply see what is the exact situation in bangalore from all other reviews.

Pros

The salary is good, but it's danger pay. This place is a nightmare. The office is dysfunctional, HR is a ghost, and the tech is a joke. We fight broken systems, filthy bathrooms, and total silence from support every single day. The salary isn't a reward; it's compensation for the daily torture of trying to work in this chaotic, disrespectful mess.

Cons

You Will Be Lied To: The job you accept is not the job you get. Promises of "flexible work," "career growth," and "upskilling" are pure fiction designed to get you in the door. The reality is a rigid, office-bound prison with zero development opportunities. A Toxic Culture of Fear: Your probation period is not for training; it's a six-month threat. They use it to control and intimidate, with the constant risk of being fired without warning. There is zero job security. The Most Useless HR on Earth: They are completely unreachable, unaccountable, and incompetent. Getting a simple sick leave approved requires a mountain of paperwork and three approvals. They have no understanding of local needs and implement senseless, humiliating policies. Chaos Masquerading as Work: There are no clear processes. Projects are a mess, requirements change after work is done, and developers are forced to redo everything. There is no proper planning, no respect for deadlines, and no logical structure. An Office Designed for Misery: Boasted as "world-class," the office is a practical joke. It has bad internet, no privacy, no place to eat, and some desks have a direct view into the restrooms. The basics are broken and have been for years. No Career, Just a Dead End: There is no career growth. Titles are given arbitrarily, not earned. The promotion ceiling is incredibly low. To save money, they force developers to do jobs they are not trained for, like people management, with no support. Absolute Apathy from the Top: The most crushing part is that management does not care. Every single one of these issues has been known for years, and there is zero action, zero plan, and zero respect for employees as human beings. In short: This company will break your spirit. It betrays your trust, kills your ambition, and ignores your basic needs. The good salary is not a reward; it is compensation for the daily frustration and disrespect.
