      Pros

      Experience one if not the largest infrastructures in CIS. Somewhat sane interview process (1 hr call, 1 call with the team and tech interview, 1 DS offline assignment, 1 final salary negotiation). It is possible to deploy to a large scale system and grow as a python engineer or DevOps

      Cons

      Absolutely no room for growth - you will not be promoted based on working hard. You will not receive even inflation adjustment for your base salary (100% price increase in 3 years, but 12% inflammation adjustment). There are increasing technical controls, it security, poor VPN and virtual network connection. Access to GPUs is limited and basically non existent. Remote work is not possible based on technical difficulty of accessing the infrastructure. Office is loud and management is not segregated from workers. It is again a god awful open space. You will be forced to work overtime to show that you're worthy a raise but would be just lied to.
