Good salaries Good opportunities for Russian minded and non English speaking people. You can constantly learn (but you'll need to find a way yourself, and none will push you, it's only your choice. But this is specifics for the exact department you're in). No signs of gender inequality.
Cons
Culture. Irrespective behavior of separate leaders. No punishments for open rudeness and offends (especially if it goes top to bottom). “Under carpet” carrier games. Overtimes are unlimited.
