t’s been 5 months since I joined SBER Bengaluru, and I wanted to share my honest experience so far.
Before joining, I was quite skeptical after reading reviews on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox. Since changing jobs is a big decision, especially with family responsibilities, I didn’t want to make the wrong choice. I shared all my concerns openly with the HR team during the hiring process.
I especially want to appreciate HR BP, who took the time to personally call and reassure me. She patiently explained the work culture, team environment, and flexibility at SBER, which really helped me make an informed decision.
One of my biggest priorities was flexibility. I was looking for a workplace that understands real-life responsibilities, and I’m happy to say that everything promised during recruitment has been true in reality as well.
The work culture here has been warm, supportive, and understanding. The management understands that people have personal responsibilities and emergencies at times.
I’ve also had a very positive experience working with the Product Owners and the broader team. Everyone has been approachable, knowledgeable, and collaborative. The Russian team has been especially friendly and supportive, making cross-team collaboration smooth and comfortable.
Overall, my experience with SBER Bengaluru has been very positive so far, and I’m genuinely happy with my decision to join.
