Good salary in Cerebral staff. Nice bonuses if business is good. Not bad incentives: average medical insurance, discounts at partners and fitness.

Cons

Although quite progressive, it’s a bank with rigid processes. Problems such as bureaucracy, high resistance to changes and shifting responsibility become very obvious and might impede your work. HR's performance is far from what you get in international companies in terms of employees support and career growth. It depends on the department you are with and you might get a good one. Still career growth is far from transparent. Obviously, the bank is hiring more from the market rather than promoting own cadres.

Many different departments, you can find a team that suits you perfectly. A good choice for people who want to make a career within one company. The best knowledge in the IT Enterprise sector in Russia.

Cons

There are the official company values and the real culture, but they do not coincide. Many really good managers and specialists have left because they do not agree with the current state of the company. Operational managers in most of the departments are really awful.
