1) Good Team Culture, Everyone is so easy to approach for any discussion and resolution, Russian Team and India team they respond quickly and very helpful 2) Good Work-Life balance and they support quality time with family and we should not work at night, and mental health is really they take care of 3) Good Salary structure and HR policies and HR are very helpful and supportive and there is a Hybrid office policy 4) Overall I would say it's a Good Company to work and I also recommended my friend to join us and she joined and she is also very happy with her experience 5) You will get the best technology and tools exposure and learn security challenges or policies a global bank has to take care of along with working efficiently
Cons
6) Sometime as a Developer you will feel that you are moving slow, but in Banks important part is your work should be correct and accurate and on-time
