      Interesting projects, but everything depends on the team, you may be involved in a development of some new in-company product, or supporting large application systems that are templated to the point you barely have to think of solitions

      Payment, it does also depend on the team you're in since budget is distributed according to the value the product(i.e. application/system) your team maintains brings to the company.
