Pros
- This is a place where words come together to write something encouraging, to the best of my knowledge. But failing miserably - May be Salary and Bonus to think of but there are loopholes as well
Cons
- an organisation full of misplaced rules and regulations and arrogant HR. - This is mostly an organisation with rules of medieval time or u can say before the industrial revolution. - They mostly go by my way or go find your way. - Their promises are vague and untruthful. - They follow scrum masters lead development, and they only know hunter culture, - They force you to be back in times through their processes, as an ex they do not know how to work with Jira properly so they follow excel culture. Where you have to give your update twice in a single window. I mean, how can someone run towards stone age I do not know. - They act like managers with 0 knowledge of management and skills. - Their hirings are worst. - You will join at a designation and you will soon find out your designation was changed to a below one due to so and so reasons where reasons are unknows or mostly silly. - and IT management at India is a joke of the millennium.
